Pharmacy personnel will be trained by StarSmiles in sales and scanning.
When a prospective customer comes to the pharmacy, they can set an appointment for a scan. The pharmacy can do this through the StarSmiles Portal.
Dental professionals come to pharmacy or trained pharmacy professionals conduct the scan.
StarSmiles dentist and orthodontic team approves of scan before designing the customer’s custom alignment plan.
Once a patient has ordered the full treatment plan and completed payment, pharmacies will be paid their owed total at the end of each month.
